OUR REVISION POLICY
We strive to offer the best services to our customers hence we offer unlimited revisions until your satisfaction. For revision details, please check the package you have selected. Any extra revisions are charged extra. Please contact our sales team for any query while requesting revision.
Revised design is delivered within 2 working days if there is not any major change. For re-design request, please confirm the date of delivery.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We offer complete refund to our clients if they do not receive what they had ordered. This is to ensure you that your money is in safe hands and to have a memorable experience with us. We do not offer refund if you do not provide complete brief before the project. Refund is not applicable if revision or re-design is already requested / revision is requested after 15 days / primary design was approved / company policy has been violated.
Note: Logo Design reserves the rights to reject any project or call off the contract whenever it deems necessary. After refund, customer will not have rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Logo Design.

We submit your delivery as per the deadline discussed at the time of order placement. A confirmation email is also sent to the client. For urgent delivery, please contact our customer support team.
